These terms explain how buyers, sellers, and Kahano Store use the platform for civil engineering templates, reports, drawings, compliance checks, and related professional support.
Kahano Store provides a digital marketplace for civil engineering resources. Users must provide accurate account, billing, and project information and may not upload unlawful, confidential, unsafe, misleading, or third-party material without permission.
Templates, reports, drawings, and review outputs are provided for professional assistance and education. They do not replace site-specific engineering judgement, statutory approvals, or sign-off by a suitably qualified professional.
Sellers confirm that they own or are authorised to sell their submitted files. Sellers retain ownership of their intellectual property while granting Kahano Store permission to market, display, sell, and deliver approved listings while they remain active on the platform.
Product prices are displayed before checkout. Kahano Store retains the stated platform commission on approved marketplace sales, currently 10% before seller payout processing, unless a separate written agreement applies. Digital access is provided after successful payment confirmation.
Kahano Store may approve, reject, suspend, or remove listings that are incomplete, disputed, misleading, unsafe, non-compliant, or unsuitable for sale. Sellers may request removal of their active listings, subject to already-paid buyer access, support, and refund obligations.
Users remain responsible for checking that any purchased or uploaded resource is suitable for their project, site conditions, client requirements, and applicable laws. Kahano Store is not liable for losses arising from misuse, unauthorised modification, or use without professional verification.
